Burntwood Floating Support

Burntwood Floating Support is a service supporting up to 18 individuals and families to build a brighter future for themselves. Each support worker provides tailored support, depending on the needs of the service user, whether they are threatened by eviction, debt problems, relationship breakdown or many other issues. Over a period of time, each service user will recieve home visits, telephone calls, emails and letters to encourage them to keep up with their progress and keep working their way to better their circumstances. Even after our involvement officially ends, we are always on hand to follow up and assist people. This service is based at offices in Chase Town, Staffordshire.

We are now just about to expand this service to see it established in a high street location and become available as a drop in Centre. This is an exciting development as more people gain access to this valuable service. We will also be working with partner agencies and local services to form a community hub of support and advice for local people.
